ADR Digital Solutions Business Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by ADR Digital Solutions (“ADR”, “we”, or “us”). By engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Quotes

All prices valid for 30 days and is not guaranteed. The estimate is based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalised or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. 

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing by ADR. In the case of large or ongoing projects, a payment schedule may be agreed upon.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide safe and accessible working conditions and to inform ADR of any known issues or potential hazards. The customer must also ensure that all necessary permits and approvals have been obtained for the work to be carried out.

Liability

ADR shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of reputation. Our liability to you in connection with any product or service purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

ADR reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, both parties shall make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a mediator or resolved through the UK courts.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
